Listed companies will receive less foreign capital
than those that are not listed unless the Government approves a policy
to allow foreign investors to purchase more domestic shares, Dau Tu Chung Khoan Magazine reported on Wednesday.

German retailer Metro Group has reportedly reached a deal with
Thailand''s Berli Jucker to sell its Viet Nam-based Cash & Carry unit
for more than US$500 million.
Berli Jucker plans to launch a retail business in Thailand and Myanmar
in various formats - convenience stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets and
premium warehouses - by 2015.
